We are delighted to have you as our guest and hope you enjoy your stay.

The following Terms and Conditions apply to all guests at Aakash Heritage Haveli. By confirming a reservation and staying at our property, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.


1. Reservations and Bookings

1.1 Booking Confirmation

  • All reservations must be confirmed with valid contact information, including name, address, phone number, and email.
  • A government-issued ID or passport (for international guests) is required for check-in.

1.2 Payment and Deposit

  • Reservations require full payment in advance. Payment options include credit/debit cards, bank transfer, or cash on arrival.

1.3 Rates and Taxes

  • Room rates are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Rates are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will be honoured at the rate quoted at the time of reservation.
  • Additional charges may apply for extra services, such as meals, laundry, and activities.

1.4 Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made at least three days (72 hours) before the scheduled check-in date.
  • Cancellations within this period may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking amount.
  • Refunds for cancellations outside this period will be processed within 7–10 business days.

2. Check-In and Check-Out

2.1 Check-In

  • Check-in time is from 2:00 PM. Early check-in may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.
  • All guests must present valid identification upon check-in, including government-issued ID or passport (for international guests).

2.2 Check-Out

  • Check-out time is by 12:00 PM. Late check-out requests will be considered based on availability and may be subject to additional fees.

2.3 Room Occupancy

  • Rooms are allocated based on availability and the preferences of guests at the time of booking.
  • Rooms are limited to the maximum occupancy stated on the reservation confirmation. Additional guests may be accommodated only if agreed upon in advance and may incur extra charges.

3. Guest Responsibilities

3.1 Conduct and Behaviour

  • Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, other guests, and the property.
  • The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or accommodation to any guest whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate.

3.2 Damage and Liability

  • Guests are liable for any damage to the hotel property, furnishings, or fixtures caused during their stay.
  • Any items removed from rooms will be considered stolen, and the guest will be charged for their replacement.
  • The hotel is not liable for personal belongings lost or damaged during your stay.

3.3 Smoking, Pan and Alcohol Policy

  • Smoking is not permitted in rooms. You may smoke on the terrace. Please use the ashtrays provided. Violation of this policy may result in a cleaning fee.
  • Pan (chewing tobacco) is not permitted anywhere in the property.
  • Registered guests are permitted to bring their own alcohol into the haveli for consumption in their own room. Alcohol consumption is not permitted in any public areas. Glasses and ice are available upon request.

4. Facilities and Services

4.1 Housekeeping and Maintenance

  • Rooms are cleaned daily between 09.00 AM and 4:00 PM. If you do not wish to be disturbed, please inform the front desk or display the “Do Not Disturb” sign.

4.2 Wi-Fi and Internet Access

  • Complimentary Wi-Fi is available for all guests. The hotel is not liable for any interruptions or limitations of internet access during your stay.

4.3 Parking

  • Parking is not available at the haveli which can only be accessed by tuk-tuk. There are a number of parking areas close to the old town. Our staff will assist you.

4.4 Loss of Personal Belongings

  • The hotel will take reasonable steps to assist in locating lost items, but it is not responsible for items left unattended. Lost items, if found, will be kept for a period of 30 days and can be claimed during this period.

5. Liability and Indemnity

5.1 Guest’s Responsibility

  • Guests are responsible for their own safety and personal belongings.
  • The hotel is not liable for any personal injuries, damages, or losses incurred on the property due to circumstances beyond our control.

5.2 Force Majeure

  • The hotel is not liable for failure to fulfil its obligations due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, pandemics, strikes, or governmental actions.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

6.1 Guest Information

  • We collect only the personal information required to provide a pleasant stay, such as contact details and payment information. All guest information is treated with confidentiality and in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

6.2 Third-Party Sharing

  • We do not share your personal information with third parties unless required by law or with your express consent.

7. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

7.1 Right to Modify

  • Aakash Heritage Haveli reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Guests are encouraged to review the Terms and Conditions regularly.
  • Continued use of the hotel’s facilities following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
