We have socket adaptors available for your use. The voltage in India is 220 volts.

Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning. We request that guests turn off the air conditioning machines when leaving their rooms. Please do not open doors or windows when the air conditioning is on as it will not work properly.

There are many ATM machines located around the city. The closest is approximately ten minutes’ walk from the haveli and located a short walk away from the Stepwell.

There are luggage racks in each bedroom to accommodate your luggage.

Bicycles are available to use. Please enquire at Reception.

We can arrange experienced Tour Guides to take you either by tuk-tuk or on foot to visit the beauty of the Blue City and experience exploring the heritage trail. Please contact Reception for recommendations and costs in the first instance.

Breakfast is served daily from 7.00am to 10.00am. Should you require breakfast outside of these hours, please contact the Reception staff. Packed breakfasts can be arranged when prior notice is given.

The official check in time is 2.00pm and check out time is 12.00pm. Please contact Reception if you wish to make alternate arrangements

There is a small Chowk area located on the first floor by the Games Lounge where you can relax and take in the sun.

Cleaning is carried out in the bedrooms and public places between 08.00am and 2.00pm.

We are happy to arrange courier services and postal services on your behalf. Please contact Reception for more information.

We accept the following credit cards: American Express, Mastercard, Visa and Diners Club.

The local currency in India is Rupees. We can arrange for currency to be converted to Indian Rupees. Please contact the Reception staff to enquire about this service.

Should you, at any time, need the services of a doctor, we can arrange this for you. Please contact the Reception staff.

Do Not Disturb notices are available to hang outside your room and we will not disturb you when they are displayed.

Jodhpur has a wealth of cafes and restaurants all close to hand. Please contact the Reception staff for recommendations.

220 volts are used and 50 hertz in India.

Please call Reception and alert them to any problems. A torch can be found in your room on the shelf of the wardrobe. Please read the emergency instructions provided in your room.

The Games Lounge is located on the First Floor. Here you can challenge your friends to board and card games in a relaxing atmosphere.

Each bedroom is equipped with a safe to store your valuables in. Aakash Heritage Haveli is not responsible for any article left in the room or the safe.

Internet facilities are provided throughout the haveli.

An iron and ironing board is available for guests to use. Please contact Reception.

Jodhpur Airport is located approximately fifteen minutes by road from the haveli. Transport can be arranged to and from the airport at your request via Reception

Jodhpur has a wealth of attractions to see and all are close at hand including Mahrangarh Fort , Jaswant Tharda, The Stepwells of Jodhpur, Kalyana Lake, Mandore Gardens, Sardar Market and Umaid Bhawan Palace and Museum.

Jodhpur station is approximately fifteen minutes by tuk-tuk from the haveli. Please let Reception know when you would like to be picked up or collected, and we will arrange for you.

Laundry and dry-cleaning services are available on a daily basis. A laundry bag and form are provided in each bathroom. Please contact Reception to arrange pick up from your room.

Aakash Heritage Haveli is not responsible for any loss of items. Please notify Reception when this occurs.

The Lounge is located on the Ground Floor. Here you can meet friends and family, enjoy watching the television or partake in a conversation with newfound friends!

Are you worried that, after your shopping sprees, your luggage will be over the acceptable weight stipulated by the airline? Don’t worry! We have scales so that we can weigh your luggage for you and remove any anxiety.

We can arrange for newspapers to be delivered to you on a daily basis for an additional charge.

Our office is open daily from 08.00 to 22.00.

There is a pharmacy located at the end of the road. Should you require medication, we would require a doctor’s prescription for it to be processed.

Every December, a Polo tournament takes place in Jodhpur with teams participating from Jaipur and abroad. The tournament draws a huge crowd of international tourists to indulge in and watch this fascinating game.

The Lounge is located on the Ground Floor. Here you can meet friends and family, enjoy watching the television or partake in a conversation with newfound friends!

Located five minutes away from the haveli by foot is Sardar Market. There you will find a huge selection of bangles, saris and shops selling all types of clothing and household goods.

There are 24-hour CCTV cameras for your safety throughout the haveli. We also have a security guard at night to ensure the safety of guests.

Jodhpur is very well known for its handicrafts, jewellery, furniture and clothing. There is a huge range of shops that we can recommend to you, near and far. Please contact the Reception staff for recommendations.

All areas inside the haveli are non-smoking, however, smoking is allowed on the Roof Terrace. We do not allow the use of Paan anywhere inside the haveli at any time.

Whatever your transport needs, we can arrange them for you. Tuk-tuks to get around the city, cars for day trips, and pick up and drop off at airports and stations. In the first instance, please contact the Reception staff.

Each bedroom is provided with a telephone for internal calls only. You can call Reception, the Restaurant and Housekeeping.

A television can be found in the Lounge area on the Ground Floor and in the four luxury bedrooms

As per Government rules, only guests registered at the hotel haveli are allowed in the guest rooms and on guest floors. Any visitor after 10.00pm must present Government approved photo identification to Reception.
